Very nice
Made a last minute group reservation on a Wednesday, which overall was handled really well. I discovered at check-out that I was actually given the key for my co-worker, so I'm hoping all goes well with SPG. The room was clean, and surprisingly had no noise from the airport. The only odd thing I noticed was an over-sized face plate for the outlet next to the sink, it was actually mounted up over the door frame.
Chosen for the location near airport. Nice and clean room and nice pool. Very nice and helpful staff at reception. Crappy restaurant with staff expecting tips for bad, overpriced food. In return the servants were downright rude. Eat elsewhere.
We had a blow out successful Reunion on Sat. Apr. 5 thanks to the cooperation of the Sheraton Four Points Hotel catering department and banquet staff. The best customer service you could ask for..simply unbelievable! Extra accommodating was Fred Groth in Catering, his awesome assistant, Kathy, front desk representatuve, Pete, banquet captain, John, a dream to work with, and his entire staff of servers and bartenders. I have to thank Four Points by Sheraton at LAX for accommodating my last minute booking and getting me in my room early after an exhausting flight. What a great experience and an awesome staff!

I had a really good time here. The room was amazing and the staff was fabulous. I was there for a short time, but was able to get to Manhattan beach for the afternoon on a tip from a staff member who informed me about a free shuttle stop about a block away from the hotel.
