Very accommodating good service super friendly. We booked here after our flight was canceled and we couldnt of asked for a better place. We are not rich people so we didnt care about decor etc they offered a nice place to stay and were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the thermostat in our room was not adjustable.
Loved our 2queen size beds and tons of extra pillows already included. Super soft beds hit the spot after spending all day at Venice beach. Only 8 miles from the hotel. Outdoor heated pool was nice for an evening swim. Tons of great places to eat nearby as well. Great location.
The sink was dirty, there wasn't a bathmat and there was a broken lightbulb in the bedside lamp...the curtains wouldn't close all the way and the shuttle service ran about every half and hour...save your money and book elsewhere.
