Hotel was was nice and friendly staff. The pool side waitress, Daisy, was extraordinary. She was quick and friendly. She told us at 7pm she was closing tabs because her shift was ending but was kind to continue taking orders. Daisy went above and beyond to serve customers with a smile. The rooms were clean and couldn’t hear any outside noise once in the room even though they were full due to the holiday and sports events. Our family will return if we are back in the area. The ac worked when it wanted to and down stairs service was ok the guy who placed us at the table was ok but not very bright how to treat customers . The ac decided to start working as we got up.
Horrendous customer service. We were awaken by a loud ( and I mean LOUD) humming sound at 3:09 this morning. Still waiting for a response from staff.it is 3:26 am
For the price they charge it's over rated. The curtains were falling of the clips, because they were broke. The bathroom was dirty. I took pictures of the bathroom and the curtains. But by the time I was done explaining how they overcharged me, I didn't bother because I didn't feel like it would matter. I did get my refund of 27 bucks.

Very poor business practices. My agency has been working with the social catering manager for two months on our holiday event for the end of the year. We got all the necessary approvals (a big process), and two weeks after we confirmed our RSVP, we were told they gave our date to another group and they were sorry for the “mishap”. We have to start our entire process over.
Room is pretty & clean; very nice & friendly staff. They are painting & renovating the lobby area while we are here & it’s looking great. Parking is not an issue at all. Beautiful grounds.
