Recommendedroom was lovely fantastic if your going to a ball game. staff friendly only down side while the pool is amazing only shallow with small atea in middle with more depth...so can't do any real swimming. but as pool was almost empty the day i was there could happily sit in the pool and read.
Love love this hotel. It was so relaxing and everyone made our stay here very accommodating . The bed and pillows were ERU comfy .❤️❤️❤️
Sitting here in the lobby of the hotel with my confirmation in hand and they won’t let me check in because I do not have the physical credit card used to book the reservation. Their mobile app says that the card “on file” will be charged at check out. The app also tells me that my room is ready, however, the front desk will not let me check in without that specific card!

Checked in all our rooms were not available for all my family...Look like housekeeping hadn’t cleaned that room in a week... The Indian gentleman at the front counter was a very rude 😡 For a four star to five-star hotel I sure was disappointed.. The only pleasant people in that hotel were the people that work the breakfast !
