My daughter had toys all over the floor and told her pick them up and put them in a bucket next to our luggage that way they aren’t all over the floor housekeeping threw them away and all they could say was they couldn’t do nothing about it. So make sure you don’t put your stuff where housekeeping will think it’s trash cause they will throw them away regardless would have been nice if they would have called and asked if it needed to be thrown away instead assuming it’s trash sorry but there is no excuse for that

Get a general manager who doesn't lie and who treats guests with respect. Deal with issues when presented.
Amazing employees. I left my iPad. I called from the airport. They already found it and had emailed me. They had it sent FedX for arrival Monday. Who does that?!?!? There aren’t enough spaces to explain how awesome that is or how many things I’ve left behind only to be told they were not found. Thank you Sheraton employees you are fantastic.
Their conference facility was great and the service was awesome
This is a beautiful hotel and in a prime location.
