The suite was nice, as well as the space we rented for our company ball. However, we were not at all pleased with the quality of the food that was served. The roast beef was extremely tough, the sliders were hard as a rock, all of the food was cold, and tasted horrible. Very disappointing!
I attended a Masquerade party in one of the ballroom. It was very nice. Highly recommended

The room was excellent, but I wanted to share another story. I was there for a conference and at the banquet, I asked the server if they had any gluten free options. They didn't have anything already made, so the chef made me a special plate. I assumed dessert was not an option, but when dessert time came around they brought me a plate of very good watermelon. They were so professional and accomodating about everything.
Here for a business meeting. Seemed like a nice place, good ballroom, helpful front staff. Very in tune with who was there, and why.
Great hotel friendly staff really wanted to make sure you were comfortable.
I really enjoyed every minute of it & it's was so awesome, uplifting & fun.!!
