Love this place, great service, clean room with outstanding amenities. Club lounge is nice, very decent work out room, big family pool, poolside movies too! My new Ft. worth go-to!
I hosted my Pageant preliminaries here and booked 8 rooms and a conference room. The staff was awesome and the service was great. I can say the weekend staff is different than the weekday staff. My team, candidates and I stayed here and we were very pleased with everything. I look forward to booking Miss Arlington Texas Latina Preliminaries again! The only major set back was the elevator, however which hotel doesn't have issued with that?
Well we used to look forward to coming and staying here and I do believe we've spent our last nights there. Our room was filthy! Paint was cracked, the headboard to our bed was cracked as well. The caulking in the bathroom was coming apart. Our entire floor smelled like a dog kennel. I could go on but I will just say it's way too over priced for what we got. I could've stayed at Holiday Inn for a week for what we paid for two nights there and got worse service.
Their service sucks! I've never seen so inapt people until today.
It is really ridiculous for an outside observation, but has great installations!
I attended a wedding here and it was beautiful. Great job, Sheraton Arlington!
