Felix the "supervisor" repeatedly called us liars to our face when we didn't apparently follow some process to sign up for the hotel shuttle even though we gave the front desk staff all the appropriate info at check-in. This guy has no idea what customer service is and that you shouldn't call your customers liars, especially when they followed the directions provided by the hotel staff. Really sad cause otherwise this is a nice stay. One person really can ruin it all.
I loved this hotel ,the view outside the window was just amazing. The beds ,pillow ,and blankets were so warm and comfy. The room and bathroom were so clean. The elavotor was fast and also verry nice. The empolyeys were kind and welcoming and the lobby was so unique ,they also had some games in there. I would defenitly stay at this hotel agin. I would and did give this hotel a 5 star rating. ❤
Just got home from our stay at the Sheraton in Arlington. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff is very helpful. However, the beds are horrible. It's like sleeping on a pile of rocks. Our backs are miserable today but other than that, we had a great stay. Thank you to the staff who made our stay great!
Great personalized service.
The young man at the desk was very quick with registration and helpful with trolley information. He even provided me with a list of what you can't take to the ATT stadium. I would had gotten there with a purse size and type that was not allowed. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was closed when we got back from the game (which ran late) but there was another place open late with a really good food. We will be back next year.
No problem here. Everything was great. Will absolutely be back
