Not sure where the poor comments on the staff came from, we stayed here for this weekend & love it. Staff is friendly & rooms are nice. Quick walk to stadium & free parking for car. Can't ask for anything more this is marked as one of our favorites.
The bathrooms and closets are far too small, but it's still a lovely hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, professional and I enjoyed my stay.
Our room had bed bugs and we all woke up with bites all over us. The hotel did nothing about it, they came up to our room and even seen them with there own eyes and we still had to pay almost $400. I don't recommend anyone to stay here.
It is NOT pet friendly you have to be with your pet all the time they will not allow the pet to be left alone. My advice is if you have a pet stay at the Marriott Golf course resort in FT Worth. This is not a 4 star hotel. The room is severely outdated. The headboard to the bed had scratches all over it. The shower was built for someone that is under 5'4". Customer service at it's worse!!!!! When you go down and ask for a Starbucks coffee and the lady thinks you are interrupting her day that was just a start. Check in was a nightmare and when i went down to ask for a complaint card the lady said they didn't have any. I believe I will continue staying at the Hilton of Arlington from now on.
Poor service at front desk and in restaurant. They only serve Starbucks coffee with no alternate choice. (Main reason I quit staying at Marriott Hotels.)
First time we stayed here and it was great!! Accomodations are top notch and the staff (especially Carla at the front desk) was tremendous. My family and I have stayed at other hotels in the area, but none compare to this one. This is the only place we will stay from this point forward. The place was clean, we had free wifi. Close to everything we could walk to so we saved on the rental car. No reason to stay anywhere else. Thanks again
