They sold us a truck with a blown up motor and wouldn't fix it. There were extremely rude when trying to work with them, and kept the truck in the shop for months, then denied having it. Not sure how you can loose a truck in your lot? Finally got it back, but they said the warranty would not cover the fix, and there was nothing they could do.
Like their Diesel engines..�......a,d jetta's... Seem to hold value best..
I drove over from North Bend to get my car worked on and it was worth it. The customer service and staff were excellent, I Will definitely be back.
Super disappointed when I drove 6 hours to purchase a car that had body damage. After talking with Teresa and asking to her walk around and look in the car for any damage, then asking the sales manager the same, they both assured me it was in good shape. After shopping around we took the time to drive 2.5hours to deal with people that treat you as people, not just another sale. They/Adam was not pushy at all, he was great at answering questions and when he didn't know them he found out right away. In the short & long run we saved thousands of dollars. My partner and I both bought cars through them yesterday! Our sales person was amazing! Teresa will actually make you feel like a human being through the process. This place is amazing!! This was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. I have poor credit and they were able to get me into my car with the money I had down and under my budget for my monthly payment. I would recommend them to anyone.
