My tire had a huge gash on the side. Sheppard Volkswagen helped me with my issue. Although it took a couple of weeks to handle everything and I had to drive on a bad tire. But I understand it was because of coverage and all of the fires we have been having. I definitely have to give a huge shoutout to Luis for being patient and helping us out. Thanks guys!

I drive from Corvallis to get my Touareg serviced at Sheppard because they have far superior customer service (huge shout out to Luis- never let this guy go), always leave my trusty vehicle clean, and have never been caught unprepared for a service. It’s so worth the extra drive! Stephanie Emery

I drove three hours to look at a Jeep I saw online. Luby made sure the Jeep was there and ready, Once I got there I was Greeted and they located Luby. .the customer service was Excellent 🙌 Luby, Ken went above and beyond .
