We've had very positive dealings with the sales/finance/service departments. We felt as customers that our satisfaction was upper most. Their customer service is stellar. They took a lot of time to explain all questions we had during the sales process and we did not feel like we were duped or mislead in any way (as we have in the past with other car dealerships).
