Horrendous customer service. Feels like a mill. No personal touch whatsoever and feels cold and unwelcoming. Today, I had a swollen eye from eye infection, an emergency in my opinion and they wouldn’t see or listen to me fully. They triaged me in the parking lot (not allowed inside) and told to leave. All this despite them seeing others and allowing appointments in. I know the current state of environment is scary but I presented with no other symptoms to concern them. Shepherd Eye Center did cataract surgery on both of my eyes successfully. I find the doctors and staff very pleasant, thorough, caring and efficient from pre op to post op. I would recommend the center to all my friends.
