My husband went in for an eye exam they said they would take his Aetna insurance no need for a referral months later they asked for one and charged us $465 now it is too late for us to get the referral. As if we don’t have enough problems right now they were completely insensitive to this I would not recommend them to anyone to charge $465 for an eye exam and we bought glasses just terrible customer service
Dr eisenberg is the best with glaucoma. He made sure that Jim was no longer in pain with his right eye.
I went in because I am seeing flashes of light dr Taylor explained that this is the vitreous humor pulling away from the retina and told me I don’t need new glasses. I have always had doctors test my eyes and write a new prescription. Then they give me the 500.00 bill the fine print says “there may not be a noticeable improvement in vision.” Dr Taylor didn’t do that. Thanks
Love how they took your temp, had to wear a mask, yay, and they wiped everything you touched, kept everyone 6 ft apart! Perfect system! Great job!

Have been going to Shepherd Eye for over 15 years. Tho doctors have changed over the years due to retirement, etc., all have been knowledgeable and staff courteous and helpful.
It was a very good experience , Staff and Dr were friendly also Dr was very good at explaining the situation. Highly recommend .
