Bill arrived right on schedule. He did a great job and showed me a few minor things to watch for in the future. Will definitely use again!
Had an entire system installed several years ago. Due to poor workmanship, I've had to spend several thousands of dollars in repairs. They do not stand behind their work and could care less about their customers. Would recommend using other HVAC companies or repair men. I would rather have no AC/heat than have these clowns work in my home. Buyer beware!!!
It's Christmas day and we smelled gas in the furnace room. Herbie our tech was out extremely fast and diagnosed a bad valve. This is not the first time we have used Shenandoah and are extremely pleased with their services. This is the best HVAC company around! 🖒🖒�����

Had my second unit from Shenandoah AC and HEATING installed in a 20 year spam, December 2015. Highly recommend Ginny and her staff, from the girls in office to each one in maintenance and service. Always friendly, courteous and professional. �����

Hard working great group of people who know what they are doing and trained well. Chuck Spalding did the the original leg work & then 3 others installed a new unit since my 10 sear unit was to old & busted up.
After suffering a terrible experience with another company, Shenandoah not only straighten out their mess but gave me a great deal. Their team was professional from the time they entered my door until they left.
