We had a new H-Vac system installed today by Shenandoah Air Conditioning & Heating . What a great group of people! Tina was wonderful to work with she is very knowledgeable, friendly, great customer service. Our two technicians were on time, they got the job done , cleaned up any mess, and they did it in the pouring rain!! They showed great customer service as well, both men were friendly. Our HVAC went out yesterday. ...called these wonderful people this morning. ..they worked us in ...it is 12:30 and it is repaired and running. ....Thank you to the entire team for such quick, efficient, and courteous service. ..we are very pleased.
