We recently had a ducted mini split installed in our office to boost the existing system which did not cool or heat the back two offices well enough. Shenandoah Air Conditioning & Heating sent two technicians, Jerry & Jorden. They did a great job, were very polite, respectful of my workspace, and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Jorden also explained where the extra vents would be and why without being asked. I would have them back again.
I have a maintenance contract with Shenandoah. I missed the fall service due to work. They called me last week about that service. They scheduled me for this past Monday. Josh came out and did a thorough inspection of my entire system. He also pointed out some things that I might want to upgrade to keep the system in tip top shape. I appreciate him and Matt for how they've handled my needs. You can't go wrong by being a customer of theirs!
