RecommendedMike and Jason performed my Spring Maintenance check on my units last week. They were extremely helpful and courteous throughout their visit. We've had both of our HVAC systems replaced by them and they were fantastic! They even vacuumed their way out of the house even though I told them they didnt have to do that! We called to have the second unit replaced on monday had the estimate tuesday and friday it was installed! very very pleased with them and will reccomend them to anyone who needs their services!
Absolutely amazing guys, and outstanding company to work with! The techs are highly professional, incredible at their jobs, and definitely worth their weight in gold! They were just at my family's home today for a full system swap and install. They techs were directly on time, wasted no time in telling exactly what their job was going to entail, and started right away. poor customer service, a lot of excuses when you need service
our air conditioner went out on a very warm day. Shenandoah got it repaired quickly. Jimmy, our repairman, was knowledgable and fast. Thank you Shennandoah!
Just had our Spring maintenance done on our A/C system/heat pump by Johnny from Shenandoah. Could not be any more pleased with his professional demeanor and thorough maintenance performed on our system. Keep coming back Johnny!
Got up yesterday and our system was working just fine, 4 hrs later went up stairs to the system ready 77 (it's set on 74)...oh no, what's wrong. Called our normal AC guys and could not get a hold of anyone. Called a friend of ours for a recommendation and he suggested Shenandoah. Without a doubt so glad we called.
