New rooms are GREAT, by far the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept on in quite some time. This place has been great for years and it's only getting better.
My home away from home great folks all the employes I've been staying there so long they take very good care of me
Just returned home from our 4 day stay. This place was amazing. First day, we had issues with the air conditioner and the staff took care of it immediately. The views and surroundings are amazing. The daily dolphin sightings were an added plus.
Had an amazing weekend at Shem Creek! Will defiantly be back!!!!

Great location and experience. Staff was really helpful and knowlegaàaable.However, no one ever answered the front desk phone. There's no room service and don't come if you are handicapped and want to go to the bar or eat at one of the major restaurants. No ADA access. For some reason I thought that was the law.
