Customer service is great the hostess at the front desk was very helpful of our needs and took great care of us we definitely recommend you stay here. Not to mention the awesome view over the creek!

Location is awesome. The creek hosts a number of restaurants that are in walking distance. The rooms are clean and spacious and the employees are friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone coming to Charleston.

We loved our stay at Shem Creek Inn! Right on the marsh in all the action. No need to drive your car anywhere! Also the pool was already open in February! We will be sure to return!

Nice view,clean rooms, great breakfast.our air in our room seem to not be working and Amanda at the desk got right on it and had it fixed in minutes.staff is great make sure you visit butch at the bar next door in the waters edge restaurant too!
