The renovations are beautiful! Looks like a different place! Nice clean rooms and good location! My only complaint is that if you want a cup of tea there is no way to get hot water. The beautiful new Keurig in breakfast nook provides hot water but it smells like coffee and is a little discolored. Tea drinkers need fresh hot water. I microwaved water in our room but not a fan of that. So maybe an electric tea kettle would be a good solution!!!

We love Shem Creek Inn!! Our go to place to stay when visiting Mount Pleasant. Now that the inn has been updated it is even better!! Cannot beat the location and all the grat, nearby restaurants. Highly recommend!!
