Great place to walk and easy and rooms are very nice. It can be a little pricy, butt otherwise...
Had a great time at Shem Creek Inn! Room was spacious and clean, staff friendly. We were on the end, creek side, right over the Water's Edge restaurant outdoor bar. But noise was not unbearable. Husband used ear plugs, but I slept like a log! Great place, full of character.
Fun location View of hot spots across the bay that you can walk to in 2 min. Free parking
The first day was not so good, however the next couple of days were ok, couldn't enjoy the creek because of construction which we were not told about and the noise was bad. The rooms are big and in ok shape, the wife and I had wanted to stay here for the last 30 something years and was a little disappointed in the stay, maybe when the construction is done and they update the rooms and clean up the general appearance like the nasty torn up awning you have to look at when go on your balcony we will try it again when they get i... read more
