Got my amazing dog Sergio from these guys. Thanks to the employees and volunteers for all they do for animals EVERY DAY so that we can enjoy them as part of our families!
I have been in contact with Shelter From The Storm for about 2 weeks now looking to add a cat to my family of fur children. They have been so great at responding to emails and answering all questions. Today, I met Elian and took him home! I cannot wait to watch him grow with his brothers and sister :)
Excellent animal shelter with very amazing staff and volunteers! So glad to have the opportunity to be a volunteer in here!
My kitty came into the shelter not neutered, a severely infected toe, and had feline AIDS. Most 'no kill' shelters would have probably put him down. But SFTS neutered him, amputated his toe, and healed him back to health. I'm so thankful of what they did and I feel so lucky to have such an amazing loving kitty. Such amazing volunteers. Adoption fees are so reasonable for all what these people do. Love my kitty Penrod! Thank you SFTS again for all you do.
