we adopted a wonderful cat (bear) from sfts, and they were so kind, helpful, and you can tell they genuinely love all the animals they’re working to adopt. highly recommend ❤️

We got our wonderful rescue dog Summer from SFTS on March 2015. She has been a terrific addition to our family. As with many rescue animals she had virtually no real world experience; not knowing about toys, going down basement stairs, riding on a car, and many more things we often take for granted. She is so smart and and it's my 50 pound lap dog and just loves to cuddle. Thank you for helping the animals.
I adopted Snail (now Beezie) in September of 2018 - SFTS was very helpful throughout the adoption process. I was looking specifically for an emotional support kitty and the first one they suggested was a perfect match. I couldn’t ask for a better cat and definitely recommend adopting from shelter from the storm!
We got Miss Cody about twelve years ago. Best dog ever. They were awesome helping us get this little girl. Unfortunately she passed away in June. Just wanted to share that we are thankful she was in our life. Great temperament, potty trained. Sweetest pup ever. In the hunt for a new one this summer and will definitely check this site.
We found our buddy Ainsley there a year ago, and he is one happy little fella to cherish. Thank You for saving him😍
