It was my first time at the Sheats Endodontic Group. I was treated extremely well.
For two root canals, I guess you could say it was awful but the staff on the other hand was amazing . I am terrible with names so please forgive me . the two ladies at the front desk were so kind and informative , the sweet lady that helped us sign up for Care Credit was so helpful and then I got to meet the dental assistant . She was so cute and funny, had me laughing the whole time! They called her 13,13,13 the informer. she made 3 hours in the chair go by so fast. Needing to have a root canal is never a "fun" experience, but that changes when going to Sheats! Since I've had FIVE root canals done in their offices, I should know! All the ladies are professional, but extremely friendly, comforting & understanding; just what you need when you're in severe pain. Everyone was really kind. When I walked into the office, I was really nervous about having a root canal. The assistant was great along with Dr.Sheats. They sure do know how to make you laugh and not worry about anything during the procedure!!
Always excellent experience, even when in pain & in need of root canal. The staff is always friendly, but very professional, kind, understanding & answers any questions I have. Dr Jan-Nee is not only a sweetheart, but also very professional. She works quickly & thoroughly, explaining as she works. If she were a regular dentist, I would definitely see her more often. I have never had a bad experience, even though, over the years, I've had at least FIVE root canals! Can't say enough good things about this group!!
