Everyone was really kind. When I walked into the office, I was really nervous about having a root canal. The assistant was great along with Dr.Sheats. They sure do know how to make you laugh and not worry about anything during the procedure!!
Always excellent experience, even when in pain & in need of root canal. The staff is always friendly, but very professional, kind, understanding & answers any questions I have. Dr Jan-Nee is not only a sweetheart, but also very professional. She works quickly & thoroughly, explaining as she works. If she were a regular dentist, I would definitely see her more often. I have never had a bad experience, even though, over the years, I've had at least FIVE root canals! Can't say enough good things about this group!!
Everyone at the murfreesboro office is so friendly! I personally think they're a lot better than my own dentist. Thank you Dr.Matrix Sheats!
Having a root canal is certainly not fun, but Dr. Sheats made it much more bearable. His upbeat attitude, his thorough explanation, and his off and on whistling as he went about his work kept me reassured. His entire office was friendly and efficient. He has obviously recruited the best staff possible. Their follow-up the next day was appreciated. All went well for the whole experience. Thank you, Sheats Endodontics!!

I went to the Nashville office. It was attractive and calming. Everything was explained to me thoroughly, as this was my first time getting any kind of dental procedure. Everyone was professional and kind.
