Dr. Shears was very kind and compassionate, offering frequent reassurances during my procedure. He made an unpleasant procedure far more tolerable.
Great Office.. Very clean and professional. I would recommend to anyone. Price has increased but overall great office.
Had a root canal done,Dr.Block was awesome. I never had any pain or pressure. The receptionist was very kind and uplifting beautiful smile. Made me not to worry. My mother had a constant dry cough. She offered.and gave her.a cough drop to help her. I like to.say.thank you to her, she really is a good woman.
Excellent practice. I got a sameday appointment, with a root canal! The staff is very polite and efficient. The dentists are great. I'd recommend them to anyone.
Hello, I thank you for a visit which was pleasant in all regards. I give the entire staff high marks for making me feel comfortable and welcome. The only specific comments I have are these: 1) i appreciated the detailed explanation of the procedure to take place and the possible outcomes. 2) The assistant to the doctor was a hoot (can't believe I can't remember her name). Good job and thank you
It was excellent!! No complaints felt very comfortable along with my daughter lakayla who I felt was in perfect hands and knowing it was a black woman was great to know it gives me much hope in life and for lakayla. Thanks for everything.
Great experience although I did not have to have a root canal and was referred back to my primary dentist.
I'm still sitting in the chair (Hendersonville office), but this has truly been a great experience, despite it being a re-treatment on a root canal. The staff are amazing and the doc is wonderful. I hope I never have to come back, but I know that, if I do, I'll be in great hands!
