No need to ever fear a “root canal” ever! Dr. J is absolutely the man of a root canal. His facility is the happiest I’ve ever been to for dental care.the staff are very informative, thorough and welcoming. A soothing happy ambiance fills the air. It makes a difference. Thank you

The staff was nice until I wasn't going to pay then the office was very slow and dragged feet. Why do you need to pay for x-rays when the dentist already took them. Can't we have a better system of emailing x-rays? I was told I needed work done and feel like they put something on my tooth to make it hurt. I decided I couldn't afford it and wait to decide what to do. My pain went away in a couple of days. How can I need all this work and then magically I don't? Watch you wallet when going to these places.

This was possibly the worst experience I've had in an office. The lady checking my teeth constantly told me what i felt and what i didn't feel.

Your employee Tanya from hendersonville branch threatened to send my file to collection even though i tried to make arrangement for payment of the bill that took you 2 years to send. First when i had my root canal done, i requested the lady at your nashville office to tell me upfront how much i need to pay out of pocket, she said $300 and i did pay it the same day. Now almost 2 years later, i receive a bill from you telling me i owe $790. I called and offered to pay now $300 to settle that bill but your employee refused that... read more

First, I want to point out that I hate writing reviews. With that being said I feel compelled to let everyone know what just happened to me at Sheats Endodontic Group. I made an appointment with them based on a friends recommendation because she said they were nice and very accommodating. My appointment was for Friday morning at 10 in the Nashville office. I'm a big cry baby when it comes to going to the dentist. Well Dr. Sheats and his staff are very friendly and comforting. I got a root canal done today. It's wasn't painful at all like I had over expected! Thanks Dr. Sheats.

I had an appointment for my son and on the way my car broke down. I was unable to make the appointment. In the haste to get my car and family off the highway I failed to call and let them know the situation (apparently unforgivable mistake). In the month or more since then I have tried to reschedule several times and am told that because I missed that appointment that I am unable to make another until the "administrator" unlocks my account to do so.
