As an ode to his Israeli roots, Chef Alon Shaya created Shaya as an innovative restaurant with elements borrowed from his Middle-Eastern ancestry. I love this place! Any time I come to town, it's my first stop from the airport! The avocado toast is incredible!! The staff are all so friendly....always give great suggestions! Makes the whole experience even better. Will leave hotel FR in time to stop on way to airport �
My boyfriend came here upon a recommendation from a local. It is apparently a new restaurant with a 3-month long dinner waitlist. We came in for lunch after shopping and were seated immediately. The decor is gorgeous, minimalist, and clean - with a mixture between modern and Mediterranean. Our waitress was extremely professional, soft spoken, but informative.
