Had nothing but a good experience with these PIs. I was emotional, given the circumstances of my case and he was completely patient and kind with me the entire time. His professionalism and thoroughness shined through, throughout the whole ordeal. I am absolutely thrilled with the results, that took no longer than 20 minutes for him to get for me.
