A year and a half late but Shawn was kind, professional, and helpful in the back and forth with our seller. He pushed back and negotiated on the sellers on any of our many requests! It’s important to note we closed our purchase from a 12 hour time zone difference while we were away on vacation Shawn was ontop of getting us timely answers and documents to sign and made sure the deal was being worked and our lives were as stress free as possible while away.
