I would highly recommend Stephanie as a realtor for a few good reasons! First off she is good at what she does! Secondly she is very pleasant and personable person. Last I felt our home search was over whelming until I found her, she made me feel like no question was silly and she calmed my worries. We found our dream home and she knew it from the first viewing.

My working relationship with Stephanie was positive on all levels. Any communications and/or questions were answered swiftly, which was most appreciated. Working with Stephanie has been amazing in the selling of my two homes. She's been there for us every step of the way working beyond normal working hours and not minding whether we woke her up in the morning or we bothered her at dinner time. Next time we buy or sell, we'll make sure she'll represent us. By the way, she sold my first home in less than a month and the second home in ONE DAY and for 12% higher than the listing price.

Stephanie is outstanding! Her attention to detail is impeccable. I've worked with Stephanie for a couple of years so I know what she's capable of and we didn't hesitate having her as a co-listing agent on a spec project. To see her in action on our personal sale was nothing less than what we expected. I would (and do) recommend Stephanie for listing and buying a home. She is a true 24/7 agent.
