She was very attentive to our needs and was able to handle the closing process with expertise. The buyer had a lot of demands after the offer was accepted and she helped us navigate those decisions so that we were not negatively impacted. She is very real and candid when it comes to the whole process so new sellers/buyers and veteran sellers/buyers will feel at home working with her. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to enter the market.

Nancy was extremely knowledgeable about the entire house buying process and literally bursting with energy. At all times, she was only a text message away and was very quick to reply. She was more than happy to answer all my questions, no matter how many I had.

I would go back to the Shawn Maxey team, and Chelsea Haworth specifically, time and time again. Shawn and Stephanie are amazing! My first time selling a home, which involves a very lengthy process and a lot of questions, however they put me at ease and walked me through each step of the way! Josh was amazing. He and his team made the house buying process go smoothly and not so stressful. Answered all our question quickly. Josh went way beyond to make sure everything was right for the purchase of house and the move went as plan. Highly recommended.

Stephanie and her team have the whole package. They are supportive in helping you get your property ready, as well as working with you so you know and understand what to expect during the process. Very friendly and personable. Never talked down to us and was always on top of things.

Stephanie made the buying process less intimidating by explaining the lingo and timelines for things to get done. She also made the process fun and exciting. She made sure we knew we could call her anytime if we had questions or concerns. You just don't find her kind of customer service anymore. Truly amazing!! I recommend her any chance I get. I will definitely be a returning client.
