Stephanie listed our new construction home and within one day we had an offer of full price and no closing costs. I believe the home sold quickly because it was priced correctly from the start. To anyone selling a home. Shawn and his team are amazing. I would definitely recommend. HIs teams follow-thru, communication and commitment to the client was outstanding. We sold our home TWICE in one day both times for over asking price TWICE!! He also had a RE agent in Raleigh, NC that he recommended who was equally amazing!!

Tara is an excellent agent. She wasn’t pushy to rush me into something that wasn’t a good fit. She was very patient and I say that cause I had her show me so many houses. And even in times of stress trying to find the right fit she kept her cool at all times. She was good at pointing out things that I’d miss. And she was very quick with communication.
