In January 2019 my husband and I found a new construction home we wanted to buy. With short notice, Brian and his team were ready to help us get the home under contract and list our home! We have worked with many real estate agents in the past. By far, our experience with the Maxey Team has been the most disappointing. When we pay approximately $12,000 to an agent for their share of commissions for selling our home, we feel we should have a right to expect the agent to represent and advocate for us. We would be surprised if state law does not support this expectation. Unfortunately, we believe that the Maxey Team fell far short of this expectation for key elements of our sale transaction. We LOVED working with Rachel. She was always very quick to respond to questions and show us houses. She went to bat for us multiple times and kept the process stress-free.
