We bought our house while living out of state. We were being relocated and had met with Nancy while we were visiting WA. Where to start...well first, Josh is very knowledgeable and kind and funny too. I came to Josh with the idea of buying a first home for my family and I and he was way more excited than I was lol. He searched endlessly to find us a home. Well when it came to the approval process, Josh and his team helped me stay on track to make sure my credit score went to where it needed to be which took some time but he not once left me or my wife in the dark.
