Stephanie came recommended to me by a good friend of mine. She knows the area very well, is very experienced, knowledgeable, and cares about her clients. She was available every time I needed her and willing to help or answer any questions I had. She served as a median between myself and the seller ensuring that my best interest was first and foremost. She’s easy to talk to and makes you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend her, she’ll take care of you and your family.

Stephanie is the best of the best. When I hear people talk about buying and selling being stressful...I can't relate. She works so hard behind the scenes and makes the whole process seem like a piece of cake. Buying my first home with her was so easy and when it came to selling and dealing with a difficult party she was able to tackle and fix every problem. On top of being the ultimate guide she also continues to offer help after the transaction is completed. I would reccomend her a thousand times over and literally can guar... read more

Stephanie did a great job working with us on the sale of our home. She was easy to reach when we had questions, and saw the process through to a hassle-free conclusion. We'd certainly recommend her, and will be working with her again soon on a home purchase.

Ms. Stephanie is the "BEST" agent ever!!!!! This lady is ALWAYS working for her clients day and night. We LOVE her so much for all that she has done and still doing even after closing of our new home. Ms. Stephanie has followed through with us from beginning to end. She never took NO for an answer when getting things done over and beyond her services while finding our home. We appreciate her being available whenever we had questions, which we had lots each day. She made sure everything was completed before we signed any pape... read more

I have worked with many Realestate agents in the past and Stephanie has been by far the best. Selling our home was quick and her communication and availability was great. I highly recommend working with Stephanie. She’ll work with you to get the most out of selling your home.

I would highly recommend Stephanie Gurden-Lavelle to my family and friends. Being a first time home buyer I was very nervous, Stephanie made the process so easy. Stephanie is Extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to Answer all of your questions. Stephanie made the process fun. She had other Clients but made us feel like we were her only clients. With Stephanie you have an agent you can trust.
