Stephanie was amazing to work with; she is straight forward, incredibly organized and readily available. She made the home buying experience incredibly enjoyable and helped not only on finding the home but many of the small clerical items such as reminders to setup utilities etc. I will 100% use Stephanie in all future ventures, I highly recommend leveraging the great support Stephanie provides and the knowledge she has!

Stephanie was great throughout the entire process. About a week and half after we listed our home, we received our orders for Florida and were to leave in 15 days. At this point we still had no offers on our house and so we chose to lower the price and she suggested doing two more Open Houses over Labir Day weekend. We were hesitant with it being a holiday weekend and all, but went for it anyways. Thankfully we went for it because we ended up with an offer. Mrs. Gurden-Lavelle, was nothing short of amazing. She was able to get us way over what we though our house was worth. Stephanie went above and beyond, We had 3 showings rescheduled in 1 hour and I had just blown out the power in our house. I called frantic. Stephanie, had an electrician at my house in within 20 minutes, he fixed the problem and was gone before the showings and thats where my offers came from. Stephanie is one of the hardest working and most professional agents in the biz! She was so helpful finding homes in the area and showing them around our schedules. She was quick to learn what we were looking for before we knew what we were looking for. And when something looked a little less than to par, she could point it out before we saw it or brought it up. Our interaction was with another agent Nancy Lee. Bottom line is we did sell our house but the communication from our agent was terrible! We always had to contact her to get information, she rarely contacted first and was very unengaged with us as clients. Very poor follow up and follow through and when you’re moving from one state to another, you really count on your agent to keep you up-to-date with what is happening after you’ve left. Unfortunately, that did not happen.

Janelle was amazing! I was from out of town and she made it easy to learn the area and found me the right house pretty quickly. She very responsive and made the whole process go smooth. I will call Janelle again when it's time to look for my next house.
