We have built 3 homes in the last 12 years and this has by far been the worst decision we have made. We noticed a major issue the first weekend we moved into the home and Shaw took 6 months to 'fix' the issue and get our master bathroom back to useable condition. The issue is still there and the owner of the company says he has done all he will do. Even with evidence to support we still have a problem, he will not help us. I bought a home from Shaw About five months ago, in my driveway sidewalk and garage all have huge cracks in them I also have them inside separating from the walls and cabinets. My biggest issue now is that I spent a lot of money putting up a nice privacy fence and I've had yard care since I've moved in to keep my yard looking nice.
