Shavon just completed my first tattoo and I couldn't be happier. She is very professional, extremely knowlegable (this is an understatement!) and made me feel very much at ease with the entire process - from creating the image to the actual inking, through explaining the care of the final product. The best advice I can offer to anyone considering Purple Lotus is to trust whatever Shavon says! I was skeptical about her suggestions on color and shape & size of my tattoos, but after seeing the final result, I'm so happy.
My wife and I recently had tattoos done. We brought our own designs but Shavon gave us some tips and her "personal touch" for the best result! We are very happy with them!
A bunch of my friends and my husband got tattoos at the Purple Lotus, they all raved about Shavon and Alex. So when I decided to get my third tattoo I decided to go to the Purple Lotus. I had wanted to get six cherry blossoms on my shoulder for a long time, but I could never find the right example of what I wanted. I walked in this shop one day out of the blue and told Alex about a tattoo that I wanted of a tiki mask for my calf. Apparently Alex and the owner, Shavon, were designing two separate tiki pieces for me to choose from. I went to The Purple Lotus on a recommendation for my first tattoo. Shavon and Alex were so helpful and listened to what I wanted and created a beautiful butterfly incorporating my little girl's name. It is so pretty and artistic. Went in for my first tattoo and was very nervous. Shavon and Alex made me feel extremely comfortable. I came in with a drawing and they made it even better than I could have hoped for. My flower tattoo has so much detail, better than other work I have seen. I completely love the work done by Shavon and would highly recommend her to anyone. You will definitely receive a piece of artwork not just a tattoo. I am already thinking about my next piece. Side note to Shavon - Polly's does have veggie burgers :-)
we fly back to sc for my son army gradution and she did 4 tattoos for us and she did a very awsome job. she is very friendly and sweet she did my mom first 2 tattoos and she alomost 60 yrs old my mom love the job she and so did i we thank her so much sorry it took me so long to do this . hope everyone is doing well lottie
I just got 2 tattoos today, Shavon did them both and she did an amazing job. I went in with 2 black and white designs and she helped me pick out colors and took some artistic liberties with them and they look absolutely incredible!
I just got my second tattoo here today! Shavon did such a wonderful job! She took the vision i had and made it even better, it is precious :). I would recommed this establishment to anyone looking to get any ink. The studio is impeccably clean, the work they do is the best, and the people are the greatest! 5 stars!
