Really prompt. I called and there was someone here within 15 minutes to assess the problem and to help me get my vehicle out of the garage. Mr. Shaver was polite and helpful. He called before he came to make the repair. He and his assistant worked quickly and the cost was reasonable. I would definitly call him again.
