Verified Renter Community stay is nice and clean. It is very quiet Maintenance has been prompt to come out and fix the issues that I may be having. The convenience of paying your rent online. They also offer a flex program that I have not been a part of. Others in the community say it's very convenient

Verified Renter My experience here at The Cove is great. It’s very clean and quiet schools are close and so is shopping and laundromats. The staff is nice and very efficient. Maintenance is equipped and they do great work.

Verified Renter My neighbors are awesome. The first day I moved in they were nice to offer help and introduce themselves. My kids love playing with theirs so they have new friends now. And as long as their happy I'm happy.
Verified Renter The community its self is great. Nice tenants and it's quiet for the most part. The only issue is the lack of contact from management. I have sent emails regarding important issues and no one from management has reached back out to me. Poor very poor
