Verified Renter Great location! Quaint and quiet, amenities abound, seems friendly, service is adequate so far. Parking can be an issue as some people do not respect the posted letters on the parking spots...it's an alphabet system... A.b.c.d.

Don't be fooled! Poor property management and roaches! Don't be fooled by the nice pictures in the advertisements! The management is very rude (only after you sign the lease) and they will nickel and dime you with any and every surcharge imaginable including paying for pest service that never shows up and forcing you to buy renters insurance from them even if you already have renters insurance with another company. ROACHES This apartment is the worse place to live roaches and bugs all over the place when told the leasing office they blamed me and my family when we noticed them right after we moved in. We also asked our neighbors and the whole building had the same issue!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY

Roaches This apartment have roaches and its bad no matter how much you clean there is still roaches. Called office never answered , not only that they charge for pest control and never come out. Its terrible
DON'T LIVE HERE This is the absolute worst apartment I've ever lived in. The office staff sucks and they never answer calls. They didn't replace the old, stained countertops or broken doorknobs in my apartment despite making me wait an extra week to move in. They only provided one window AC unit for the entire apartment and it's in the bedroom so the living room area is around 80 degrees in the summer. I still have no screen in my front room, and they charge a pest control fee every month and I still have ants all over my ki... read more
Don't do it! The management staff will let you think this place is perfect! LIES!! The site says water, trash, and sewer is included in the rent but that is a LIE! Tenants now pay for that. The one review is OLD! Brenda is no longer the property manager and hasn't been since January 2020. This new company from Charlotte has put a lot of time and effort into the OUTSIDE of the apartments but none to the inside. Great property manager! Today my husband and I went to get information about their apartments and we are very happy with Brenda! She was very welcoming and friendly! She gave us a lot of information and gave us a really good tour. We are pleased that they are pet friendly and offer a dog park.
