Verified Renter Everything’s fine besides some noise every now and again. The staff and maintenance are great and fast at resolving issues. They are good at upkeep with the complex and timely service. I have enjoyed my stay so far.
Verified Renter My neighborhood is a quiet place to live with great staff who are friendly and ready to help in any situation. The hours are great and convenient to all.
Verified Renter I am pleasantly pleased with the community so far, except for having to figure out how to get a snake out of my apartment without any assistance from the office. Also the grass needs to be maintained more often in order to keep pests away such as snakes. I do want to say I appreciate how fast my maintenance issues were resolved. The monthly cost including rent, water, Pest control, trash, and any other extras seems to vary from month to month.
Verified Renter I like living here it is quiet. The only problem I have is the trash dump is right in my front door and is not kept up properly. It is just not a good look.
Verified Renter I’m moved in to a apartment that wasn’t the one I picked. But also has not only a bug problem but the floors are covered in paint. The front window has mold the apartment has no a/c and I’m still being charged for it. The outlets in the living room don’t have power. The front office isn’t helpful. And at this point I just wanna get a lawyer!!!
Verified Renter Love my apartment, however I have had to endure neighbors bringing their portable Bluetooth subwoofers outside to blast their music and the marijuana smell getting into my apartment. It has got better since that first week but I still endure the loud music. I am slowly getting used to the payment system and trying to make sure my utilities are getting paid.

Verified Renter So far so good. The property looks well kept. Selayma helped to make the move in process smooth. There wasnt many people just hanging outside. The community is expansive( large).
