Verified Renter Kind of sucks that we don’t have assigned parking at the buildings by the leasing office. Definitely needs improvement with communication between staff
Verified Renter Love it here, minus all the extra fees....very nice, clean, and quiet...2 dog parks, 2 pools, fire pit, playground, mini soccer field.... It's awesome
Verified Renter I’m not very impressed with the amount of things that need repair and I have only been here 48 hours!!! I’m keeping my fingers crossed that the maintenance people respond to my request and actually fix the issues in a timely manner.
Verified Renter So far things are going great. Rooms are spacious. And we love the outside patio off our bedroom. Bathroom is spacious and has great water pressure in the shower.
Verified Renter Quiet neighborhood and A maintenance in response and helping with issues. The area is well maintained and lawns are kept nice throughout all the seasons.
Verified Renter It is a pretty alright place overall. Has a nice park and dog park. There is also a good pool and fire pit.the apartments are a nice size but the plumbing can be iffy in the older apartments. There's also a bug issue but it could be a lot worse.
Verified Renter Very nice, very quiet. No insects, parking friendly, nice pool and its just a good area period. The maintenance is super cool, the office lady is pretty and amazing herself and very helpful
Verified Renter For the most part I have had a great experience here at The Cove. The maintenance team is excellent. I would love for there to be a more direct way to reach management, but that would be my on complaint.
Verified Renter This is quiet neighborhood, good for families, we kids that play in the pool, Good location if you need th e catch the bus. I would like to see maybe more amenities like a business center, or fitness center.
