Sharon did a great job advising us what we needed to do to make our 26 year old house competitive with newer houses. She arranged the cleaning services, painting and new carpet installation, new light fixtures, staging and video,photo services. We had a good offer over asking price in about 4 hours. I reached out to Sharon from a postcard that she sent. When I met her I knew she would be a good fit for me, especially since she lived in the area and totally understood our market. She quickly helped me get the home ready for sale, priced it for appraisal, and prepared me for what was to come with the very busy market. Sharon was like my 2nd half during the home buying process! I would definitely use her again and what I respect the most about her was her honesty and knowledge surrounding the home buying/selling process. I interviewed pervious relators but selected her because she was the one that actually listened to me and showed me homes that would work for me. I also used Sharon for selling my home, and she took care of everything, I just had to show up for the closing.
