Great visit all around, from reception, intake, prep and procedure. Friendly staff
This was my second visit (with 10 years between visits) with Dr. Sharma and the team at the Gastroenterology Group of Rochester. Dr. Sharma and the entire staff were great. Professional, friendly and make you feel calm before, during and after the procedure. Nothing to fear. They take very good care of you.

Dr Sharma took his time & he actually listened to what I said. Also he seemed genuinely concerned at how I felt. I felt very comfortable at my 1st visit.

All of the staff were very friendly and made me comfortable and at ease.
Each staff member with whom I had contact was kind, considerate, professional, and personable.
I have had several colonoscopies performed by Dr Sharma and have been very satisfied with the treatment by him and his team. They are all very professional.
From admission to discharge this is a great practice. Dr. Sharma, the nurses and administration are friendly and professional. I would recommend Dr. Sharma to anyone.
