I am a physician who trains younger doctors. I found Dr Sharma both personally engaging and highly professional. He heard and responded to concerns with direct clear communications. He also displayed a high level of medical knowledge and ability to integrate my GI concerns with the complexities of my other medical issues.
While I was being prepped to be put to sleep a nurse came in and sneezed, she then walked toward me and I noted that she wore a mask over her mouth but not her nose. She looked tall. If nurses are going to wear masks they should wear them correct. Around supper time that evening I started to have a runny nose and started sneezing. Coincidence? Recommended by our primary doctor, we have found our interactions with the staff disappointing. There seems to be a lack of communication between the office and colonoscopy service. The right hand didn't seem to know what the left hand was doing and it appeared on several visits to be overbooked. I have not gotten the same feedback from doctor and PA after surgery . Dr. Sharma was amazing with phenomenal bedside manners. He helped diagnosis two ulcers and prescribed medication that cleared everything up. Highly recommend him to anyone suffering from gastric issues. His staff is wonderful and personable too.
