He listens to his patients
My past 2 experiences with procedures have not been great - some of the staff was not warm, compassionate (in fact, the doctor's MA was outright grumpy). Different, and disappointing, from my previous experiences.
Knows my medical status . Very good follow up. Takes time with you.
The procedure was very well run. Quick and personable.
Timely appointment. All staff friendly and thorough. Bright and clean facility.
Timely service and very pleasant staff
The office experience is always pleasant. They keep the appointment times that they make and the flow through the office is quick. The help is friendly and courteous and takes time to explain any questions you have. Dr. Sharma is also a fantastic doctor. Never had a bad experience in the office yet. He will answer questions that I posed and give me complete answers as well as options if the situation calls for it.
All staff members of that department was very nice and professional
Dr. Sharma has cared for me many times over the years. He and his staff have always been timely, professional, and thorough. He is the consummate professional!
