Good Peaple...work here....managers are great...cooks are good
Good food and good service I like that place we go there sometimes
Second time we've tried this place... Both times the service was slow. People were skipped over and it was a wait to get greeted, having a hostess would help a ton. First time my food was good, but when I asked for an extra plate the server forgot (which happens) but then I was brought a dirty plate. This time my food was...not so great, the chicken fried steak was flavorless, tasted like flour to me, and the pancakes had an off taste... It's too bad too because I use to love Shari's.
I was in this shop last night. It wasn't busy and we had to ask for something to drink. We ordered pumpkin pie also and it was old and hard. The service was horrible and I don't think I will go back to this one again.
I had a terrible experience. I went here with my Mom and sister to play video lottery. We were hardly greeted. Walked back by ourselves. An employee on break was playing the lottery game and I'm assuming the 'supervisor' of the night crew was standing there talking to her. Not once asked if anyone back there wanted anything. So finally I asked for something to drink and eat. Our table wasn't clean and the silver wear were touching the bare table. So I had to use the table next to me. Horrible service, terrible food....I will never subject my family to this AWFUL place again!
I give the servers two thumbs up. Especially tapian is an awesome server. Enjoy her alot. Very friendly. Mongolia is nice and also friendly. Cheryl is nice and very friendly. They make me feel like one of them. The manager Phil is very nice. He is a great manager
